LO DISPENSARI, charming house in Delta del Ebro

An old dispensary from the beginning of the last century that we renovated (2019) to enjoy with family or friends. It is located in Sant Jaume d'Enveja, in the heart of the Ebro Delta. We've lovingly decorated it. Most of the furniture is restored. The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study, and a large dining room/kitchen (fully equipped). It has a fireplace, barbecue, and a nice porch. Ideal for after-dinner conversation :) The Ebro River is just a few minutes' walk away.

Just border the nature, the sun and the moon and you will feel the sea and the seagulls with the castle of Peñiscola as a background. No people, no cars, no heat in summer or cold in winter. Leave the car and you can walk to the best restaurant in the area, to the supermarket, to have a coffee, or to the center of Benicarló. Walk along the seashore, look at the moon and stars at night.

Sant Pere HOMES. Apartments on a 20-hectare private estate with access to the Sénia River. Each one has 38 m2 and a maximum capacity of 4 people and exclusive mountain views. It has a double bed with a Jacuzzi, a living room with a sofa bed, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a terrace, a private parking area, and free Wi-Fi. We are at the entrance of the Tinença Natural Park, next to the Sénia River and the Font de Sant Pere, 2 km from the Ulldecona Reservoir and 3 km from the Senia.

Eerste en tweede verdieping van dit historische gerenoveerde stijlvolle huis (balken oude tegels).Zowel in de natuur als 5 minuten lopen (redelijk steil) van het dorp is de locatie rustig maar niet afgelegen. De mooiste wandelingen langs rivier en in bergen (GR99) direct vanuit huis. De leefkeuken in het torentje biedt ongelofelijk uitzicht. De masterbedroom is zeer ruim en sfeervol en is tevens zitruimte voor vier. (2-4 personen)

El Niu is an original 1900 country house restored in 2016, preserving the stone structure but totally renovated, with wooden ceilings and adapted to current comforts. The house has three floors: The first floor: there is an open space, the living-dining room and the kitchen. The second floor consists of a double bedroom with full bathroom. The third floor consists of a double bedroom with full bathroom and Jacuzzi.
