Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

Cozy and comfortable Studio w/ private entrance & 500' river front in Carlton, WA. Queen bed, WIFI, Dish Network TV, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Keurig, Full size Refrigerator/Freezer. Sorry, no cooking inside, there's a Blackstone Propane Griddle on the deck with cookware. Walk in shower with glass doors. Private deck with seating, propane fire pit (usable winter only), hot tub. Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.

The home sits 2000 feet above sea level, perched on top of 5 acres of ponderosa forest in the foothills of Cashmere mountain. The rarities of the Pacific Northwest are a short drive away: Alpine skiing 25 minutes to the west at Stevens Pass, Bavarian treats 20 minutes south in Leavenworth, and recreation at Lake Wenatchee just moments north.
