Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.

Camp Howard, built in 2018, was designed to blend modern luxury into the expansive nature of Nason Ridge. The home sits 2000 feet above sea level, perched on top of 5 acres of ponderosa forest in the foothills of Cashmere mountain. The rarities of the Pacific Northwest are a short drive away: Alpine skiing 25 minutes to the west at Stevens Pass, Bavarian treats 20 minutes south in Leavenworth, and recreation at Lake Wenatchee just moments north. Riverfront Getaway in the Teanaway

This three bedroom, two-bath home sits on 2.5 acres within the the Teanaway Community Forest. The property fronts the Middle Fork Teanaway River in one of the most beautiful valleys in Washington State. The home has a large grassy yard, and shady areas by the river for relaxing. In the summer, hiking biking and horseback riding opportunities abound in the Teanaway. In winter, it's a wonderland for nordic skiers, snowshoers and snowmobilers.
