Beautiful place, the house is very spacious, it is facing the sea; Don Leonardo the person who takes care of the house is very kind and lends to help, certainly my family and I would return to this place.

Lovely place. It’s about a 20 minute drive from the center of Pedernales main beach. Nice beach house, pool and private beach. Security guard overnight. within a 2 minute drive there is a little market for basic items, like water, soda, etc… and next to it there is a little restaurant with tradicional Ecuadorian food, such as bolones, soups, fried fish and shrimp it’s clean and and inexpensive. We had a great time over the weekend.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the beautiful place of Mercedes and Carlos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the area feels very safe. Mercedes and Carlos are wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I would happily return!

The apartment is as in the photos, even better. Modern, clean, well-decorated, and the beach view is spectacular. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need. Marco was a great host, always attentive and willing to help. I would definitely stay again. 100% recommended.

Really the casita has a perfect location in relation to the beach just a few steps away you already have a beautiful solitary beach ideal for rest and take the Sol, the place is beautiful , where the casitas are is very nice, the internet is Buenisimo, if something could be improved it is the main entrance door theme that we must go down and close. The only thing is that to eat you have to go to the village of San Vicente but Leo recommended some restaurants , it is definitely a place to go back. 🤗🤗

We enjoyed our stay very much although the sun didn't show its face much... the welcome was very warm. 5, 10 minutes from the city center.

We had a great stay. The house is in perfect condition (as shown in the photos), nestled in a beautiful and very touristy place. The treatment of the staff who takes care of the property has been excellent. Communication with Roberto was smooth and we noticed that he was always aware of everything, always making sure our stay was perfect. Also Mr. Jota was careful because our daily needs were met immediately. If you are looking for a property with maximum security to spend a few days in tranquility and in perfect harmony with nature, this is the place. Thank you, we'll be back!

The place is a piece of forest around your cabin! Each cabin is a bedroom with more than 1 bed so we were super comfortable! Hot water, A/C, coffee maker in the cabins, full kitchen and two grills in the pool! Walking on the beach side is beautiful! Extremely clean and private though with very strong waves! It was a beautiful stay! Lights at night make the place a dream! I would definitely go back. 🧡

A dream place we were a week in a family and retreat vacation, excellent place, gives you peace and tranquility, the staff that serves you 10/10, super recommended since we are planning the date to return
