Wonderful place to stay; was exactly as advertised: modest, clean and friendly. Close to ferry, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast and coffee was a great addition. The family helped us with everything from booking ferries and tours to line drying our waterlogged clothing. If I was too make one suggestion it would be for a ceiling fan as the airflow in the bedrooms was decreased.

This place was perfect for us. We have extended family in the same neighborhood. While the place is in Quito, it is within the Bellavista neighborhood with food shops and restaurants within a block. The place has a territorial view and a lovely patio in which to enjoy morning coffee. The kitchen is properly stocked. The beds are comfortable. The more a person has travelled the world and enjoys diversity, the more you will appreciate this gem. My wife and I felt comfortable and safe.

The Loft de Mia is conveniently located practically at the foot of the sea, all super clean and functional, it has a parking lot at the foot of the loft. I would definitely come back again. (The Loft is identical to the photos)
