The house offers an open-plan living room, two sea-view bedrooms (double and triple) and a private garden with barbecue for outdoor dining. Ideal location for discovering La Pelosa, Asinara and Alghero. In the summer, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. A sweet puppy lives on the property, in its fenced area.

In addition to a terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat and enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
