Cozy house in beautiful St. Petersburg

This house was renovated in 2014 and used as a second home. In 2019 new paint and new furniture was added. When not in use I would like others to have the opportunity to rent this house and enjoy the sunny beaches, and downtown that St. Petersburg, FL has to offer! There are 2 furnished bedrooms, one bedroom with a King size bed, one with a queen bunk bed with a twin bed on the top bunk. The third room has a full size futon and futon chair (very small). There is a privacy curtain for the 3rd bedroom. There is a futon in the kitchen/living room area and a queen size bean bag chair that folds out to a bed. There are 4 air mattresses available and plenty of linens. Please do not sleep on the couch. Can sleep 7 comfortably and no more than 8 (if you have smaller crew!) Very spacious and simple (not cluttered!) There is a fenced in backyard that is spacious for lounging around and reading. The entry is through the back of the house underneath a car port. It is very close the pier and the venoy park which is awesome to walk and bike and sit at the beach/bay and watch the dolphin and manatee. It is about a 20 minute drive to the gulf beaches (St. Pete Beach, Mederia Beach, Treasure Island)
