The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist landmarks. However, the bathroom could be better maintained. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and I would recommend the property, especially for the amazing view.

I loved the well organized and clean apartment and close to the beach, we spent wonderful days. We were greeted by the owner of the apartment Maria Conceição with great kindness and sympathy received us. Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

Our stay was excellent. The house is beautiful and clean, with all the utensils we need. A super attentive Rosângela and you have all your doubts. The place is also very quiet. Air-conditioned rooms with a double bed, all of them were very comfortable. The house and foot in the sand, left the gate is already on the beach. The tbm location is otima, has a market and bakery nearby. We love it and we are definitely going back.

The apartment is super comfortable, and is very well located. It has a beautiful view of the sea, beyond the view of the rooftop of the building, where there is a swimming pool with a wide view of the entire waterfront. The Hosts were super helpful.

My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. I thank you for the reception.

the stay unfortunately had to be short , but very well used , grace the great installation, super comfortable, beautiful , very close to the sea , Sandra was very helpful, removed all my doubts and always showed herself the disposition, as well as the staff of the reception of the building , all very well polite, kind and helpful, as soon as possible we will return , I highly recommend.

Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

An excellent accommodation option, this home in the sand provides a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The stairs were easy to face, allowing easy access. With a private beach and enhanced security, the space is exclusive to the condominiums. The kiosk serves every need, ensuring guests' convenience. In addition, the view from the deck is stunning, accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature.

My stay was simply spotless! The space was extremely clean, well organized and with every detail thought for guest comfort. The attention and affection of Silvana made all the difference , from the warm welcome to the personalized recommendations that made my trip even more special. The stay was great! The ap is super well located, just across the street that is already on the beach, in addition, it is also a few minutes walk from the mall, supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants. The house is practically on the sand of the beach, Mr Wadner and Mr Manoel who takes care of the Tbm house always very welcoming and polite. Anyway, for those who are in doubt they do not have, the house is exactly as in the listing and our experience was very good in this place! I highly recommend it to everyone!!

We love our stay! The apartment is simply sensational, with everything we need (everything!) and exactly as it appears in the photos and with the description. The location is perfect, with market, restaurants, pharmacy and everything closer. We were super comfortable all the time, and the view?! Truly breathtaking!! And about Thays, I just have to say she's a wonderful human being! Always very attentive, concerned with helping us and extremely available. We were greeted with a special mime she left for us, and it deeply touched our hearts, giving more meaning to our trip. We are immensely happy with this gesture!
