What a fabulous apartment. . It is so well presented, such a lovely, comfortable space. Rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. The flat is very close to great pubs in Ruddington and there are plenty of shops and eateries within a short walking distance. You can get a cab into the city very easily and cheaply. Public transport is also very accessible and well connected to the city. Johnny is a great host, very kindly allowing us to check in early and to check out later and he is also so easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this apartment. Gill and Glen Allison

What a lovely flat. It has been done out really well, and it was lovely sitting outside on the sofas in the morning April sun. The dawn chorus was a joy to wake up to. The flat was well-equipped with pretty much everything we needed, including washer and dryer. Clearly thought had gone into setting it up. The area, Lady Bay, is lovely, friendly and a bit quirky (we have lived there for 25 years and were returning from some years overseas). Close to the river, fields and great places to walk. With cafes, pubs and local shops. Asta’s place is a great place for a few nights night’s stay in this beautiful part of Nottingham.

Annex was great - everything we needed ... even milk in the fridge ! Very spacious downstairs. Edward really helpful & quick to respond. Great location if visiting Holme Pierre Point Watersports Centre. Would stay again !
