Our approx. 70 m² first floor apartment is idyllically located in the center of the village opposite the church in Ketschendorf, a district of Buttenheim. This place in Upper Franconia is surrounded by forest and highland cattle at the foot of the Friesener Warte and at the gates of Franconian Switzerland. Here you can relax, start wonderful hiking and cycling trails right in front of the door, local climbing and beer gardens, a gliding airfield (Friesner Warte) and a popular mountain bike route.

Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

A total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study, two conservatories, a sauna, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen are available. In the dining area, a large dining table and a wood-burning stove with a cozy stove bench await you, which connects the kitchen and dining room.

Located on the edge of Franconian Switzerland, it is a good starting point for hikes or excursions to Bamberg, Bayreuth or Nuremberg! The apartment is on 2 floors, and a half-day with an open sleeping gallery! For 2 adults, or a family with 1-2 children, the apartment is ideal! Free parking is available on the premises.
