Another amazing stay with Phil! Phil was very accommodating and was able to provide a larger space when our family needed it. He is always very responsive and is on top of your requests. It is in the middle of very family oriented neighborhood. It is nice to see people taking a walk with their family and dogs outside. You definitely would feel safe going for a walk. But it is not too far from places you would need to go. Absolutely recommending!

Deborah's place was excellent for my family's vacation in Ft. Walton/Destin. It accommodated me, my wife, 3 children and grandchild perfect. Her home is beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is quite and relaxing. The home is conveniently located nearby stores and restaurants. My family would love to stay here again!

The entire unit was very clean. It was extremely quiet. The only minor problem was the shower was tight and I could barely reach my feet but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
