Het huisje is geschikt voor een koppel, solo-avonturiers, gezinnen (met kinderen) en huisdieren. Een gunstig en centraal gelegen Zomerhuis in Egmond aan Zee met de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van een buiten sauna. ( op aanvraag)in de winter maanden, van november tot maart Binnen 2 minuten ben je op t strand en in het gezellige vissersdorp met de vele winkeltjes en terrasjes . Het huisje is totaal gerenoveerd in t voorjaar van 2022 en voorzien van vloerverwarming, warmtepomp en zonnepanelen.

Surrounded by beautiful lakes, woods, countryside. Close to city life 30 min from Amsterdam center and airport. Trainstation 10 min, taxi, Uber, busstop in front of house, 2 shopping centers 5 min by car, market 10 min. Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

You enter the studio through the stairs. Here you will find a cozy modern atmosphere. You are completely private in the apartment. Behind the apartment you have your own private terrace with 2 chairs and a table. At the water you find two relaxchairs. You can park your car at the mill. Bicycles can be put under the carport.

U heeft een eigen privé ingang; en een doorgang naar de gezamelijke tuin. In de gezamelijke tuin heeft u de beschikking over een privé terras waar u 's middags lekker in de zon kunt zitten. Ook kunt u hier uw fietsen veilig stallen. Het huisje dient ook netjes en schoon te worden achtergelaten. Het is ook niet toegestaan om onnodig de verwarming aan te laten

De Buizerd: een supergezellig, ruim gastenverblijf in de staart van een Westfriese stolpboerderij met uitzicht op de weilanden, gelegen vlakbij het strand en de duinen van Bergen en Schoorl. Onze B&B is gelegen in het hart van Waarland, met Alkmaar, Schagen en Heerhugowaard op fietsafstand. Het is een gastenverblijf voor 4 personen, geschikt voor een gezin met grotere kinderen. In Waarland is geen treinstation en 's avonds rijden er geen bussen. Zonder auto zijn wij wellicht niet de juiste locatie. Bij een verblijf langer dan 5 dagen wordt een korting gegeven, maar dient u zelf voor het ontbijt te zorgen.

Totaal gerenoveerd in 2019: Kleine recreatiewoning op een gezellig hofje met 14 andere huisjes met open woonkamer/keuken, toilet met douche, slaapkamer met een 2 persoonsbed (140 x 200). Vanuit de slaapkamer kunt u de de tuin/zitplaats bereiken. Satelliet TV en Ziggo. Helaas niet geschikt voor kinderen. Niet roken!! Privé parkeerplaats Wilt u langer/korter blijven kunt u altijd naar de mogelijkheden informeren

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
