Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

Not only was a family-friendly facility taken into account, but also emphasis was placed on a pleasant vacation or workplace. This beautiful apartment is located directly below the vineyards in Auerbach and is ideal as a starting point for hikes or mountain bike tours in the charming surroundings. It consists of a room with integrated kitchenette and an adjoining large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Guests can relax on the large, rear-facing terrace overlooking the countryside. This apartment is located in the same house as the "Pretty guest room with bathroom/kitchen".

We offer 2 small attic rooms with a small kitchen and private bathroom in a detached house in the upper city of Mainz for rent. One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

1 room apartment with Wi-Fi approx. 25 square meters with single kitchen with small fridge and freezer compartment. Kettle Senseo coffee maker Bedding Towels Hairdryers are provided. But no oven and no microwave. Sleeping options are: A single bed and the couch can be pulled out to a sleeping area of 150 × 200 cm. Free street parking is available. Key handover takes place in person or through a key safe, which is located at the gate.
