Experience a romantic sunrise over the lake, or watch the water birds from close by, and if you want, from the comfort of your bed :) The studio on the lake was originally the studio of the architect - the author of the building. The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Enjoy the quiet location, the nature and the good connections to Vienna and St. Pölten. Only a 3-minute walk to the train station! Our apartment is the ideal retreat for couples, business travellers or solo travellers who want to enjoy peace and nature. Neulengbach is a quiet and green small town west of Vienna. You will live here in the center with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the train station. The surroundings are perfect for walks, bike rides and excursions into the Vienna Woods area!

Bruck Residence is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Bruck an der Leitha, 30 minutes away from Vienna. The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

Whether out into nature or off to the city. This place is the starting point for visiting Vienna, excursions to the Wachau or hikes in the Vienna Woods. It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.
