The cottage is in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe/Otterndorf. The place is in the marsh area, rural and lots of nature. The house is very spacious and the park-like area leaves plenty of leeway for leisure activities. Ideal for holidays with children and nature lovers. It has a size of about 180 square meters. There are 6 rooms, large hallway, spacious kitchen, large living area and 3 spacious bathrooms. A special feature is the large screened and covered terrace area.

Holiday home "Lick" on the North Sea

MOIN MOIN, our cottage can be found in the idyllically located holiday area of Warwerort near Büsum. It is only about 150 m to the green beach dyke on the North Sea. The approx. 50m2 house has a warm cork floor, two small bedrooms with 1.40 × 2m beds and open shelves. Internet connection, Wi-Fi, Google Home's and a Sony 50″satellite TV, multi-microwave (convection, grill, steamer, microwave) and steam shower equipped. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Stay in the former restored cowshed with vaulted brick ceilings on "our small farm" with small animal population in a quiet location. We offer a 55 sqm apartment with an available double bed, which can also be set as two single beds, among other things. Soon, a 0.9x2.0m closet bed will be available in the living room. In the bedroom there is also a crib for children and play corner in the living room. Extremely accessible with a separate house entrance and terrace.

It is connected to main power and water, to offer the comfort of a normal appartement while having the feeling of living in the middle of nature. With it's 22 squaremeters there is enough room for two guests. A terasse surrounded by bushes and trees offers an additional private space outside.
