The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Enjoy the seclusion from everyday work in the middle of bog meadows, not far from the Elbe dyke and the historic centre of Stade.

Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten stehen mit dem Schlafsofa (180x200) im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung steht euch alleine zur Verfügung. Wir als Gastgeber wohnen im Haupthaus nebenan und stehen euch für Fragen persönlich oder per Telefon zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung.

It is located above the former stable building and is surrounded by a large, fenced garden overlooking the meadow. In the 84 sqm apartment, the linen package as well as towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped, comfortable beds and a large cuddle sofa make the stay cozy in any season.

Welcome! This lovely cottage by the sea is 46 square meters and consists of two levels: kitchen/eating area + bathroom on the ground floor and studio sleeping/play area on the floor above. Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We are an American-German family and want to make your vacation unforgettable.

Wir bieten eine Unterkunft zur alleinigen Nutzung mit separatem Eingang, inkl. 2 Einzelbetten, Tisch & 2 Stühle, TV, Bad, Flur, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Ebenfalls gibt es auf Anfrage ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Hunde sind leider nicht erlaubt.

Our cozy 12 sqm guest house is equipped with two sofa beds (140 x 200), fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Linens and towels are provided. The cabin is insulated, but has NO HEATING and NO KITCHEN. No heaters of any kind or hotplates may be operated. The bathroom in the annex is 15 m away. Garden table and chairs, garden loungers and barbecue are available.

Our small cozy apartment is located directly next to our house in the middle of the first dike. You have a small kitchen, a bedroom with TV, Bluray player and desk. On the ground floor there is also the small bathroom. Up a staircase is another small bedroom with 2 mattress beds on European pallets.
