The midnight sun lasts from mid-May to mid-July, a few weeks before and after this period the nights are as bright as the days.

This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. The perfect base for exploring Vesterålen and Lofoten, or just for relaxing. Parking for 2-3 cars. (No space for camping vans)

Our cosy countryside cabin is for rent. The cabin lays in a farmyard with great view over lovely farmland and lake. It is a perfect base for leisure activities such as bicycling, sea kayaking, hiking and fishing or to just relax and play in the garden. In wintertime (from September) you will have the opportunity to spectacular views of the northern light just outside the cabin. In the barn there are both pool and ping-pong at your disposal.

Velkommen til Farmorhuset i Nykvåg, midt i vakre Vesterålen. Huset er bygd i 1954 og kombinerer nostalgisk 50-tallsstil med dagens bekvemmeligheter for et komfortabelt opphold. Jeg har arvet dette huset av min far, som igjen arvet det av sin mor, og det har derfor vært viktig for meg å bevare husets sjel og historie. Farmorhuset har tre soverom med totalt fire senger, noe som gjør huset perfekt for både små familier og vennegjenger.
