Guest apartment in the old department store on the Aller bike path Astrid & Rainer warmly welcome you! From 1834 to 1998, the building served as a department store. The comfortable non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house. Here you will find ideal conditions for overnight stays. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed. In the hallway is a reading and play corner. Long-term stays can be requested individually.

In addition to a delicious morning coffee, the apartment offers plenty of light in great factory flair. The apartment is fully equipped with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a cozy sofa bed. You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Charmante Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Hopfengarten. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, sowohl zur Autobahn als auch zum ÖVP. Unsere Wohnung mit separatem Eingang wartet auf euch im 1. OG unseres Hauses. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (in the attic), an elevator is not provided. Books, cards and board games are available. Guests are welcome to use the garden and grill. We can also provide bicycles for rent to explore the Aller-Elbe cycle path. Two quarries invite you to fish and swim in the directly adjacent landscape park.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Haus am Elm

Escape everyday life and enjoy a break in nature at Haus am Elm. Our cozy 35 m² log cabin, surrounded by a spacious garden, is the ideal retreat for nature lovers. Relax in a cozy bedroom or on the cozy sleeping floor. The open kitchen and living room with pullout couch offer space to feel good. The fireplace ensures warm, cozy evenings – perfect for a relaxing break in the heart of the Elm-Lappwald.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.

When you book, you are the only ones on the premises.
