A fold-out sofa bed can accommodate 2 more people. Small children can come in a crib brought along. The apartment has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bathroom with tub and shower, TV, air conditioning, dining area and a small balcony High-speed Wi-Fi and a parking space right by the house are included.

The cottage offers space and accommodation for four people. Over an area of approximately 75 m², the ground floor (45 m²) comprises two bedrooms (one double bed, one single bed), a guest WC, a hallway and a kitchen. The apartment is located in a bungalow directly on a huge forest that invites you to take a walk. The travel time to the city or the VW plant is less than 10 minutes. From a fully equipped Nobilia kitchen, washing machine, to an ironing board, everything is available. There is also free high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart hygiene concept. And, if something doesn't work as expected, I'll be there within 15 minutes, because I live just around the corner.

This charming 47 m² loft with balcony and views of parks is the ideal place to relax after a sightseeing tour in Magdeburg. Built in 1912 for the artillery of the Prussian army, it has had a turbulent past and has served as a high-quality residential complex in the west of Magdeburg since 2009. Belonging to the Stadtfeld West district, it is well connected to public transport and yet quietly located.
