The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

The rehab clinics can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the castle park ( 2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream shop, as well as a pedal boat rental. The village of Neindorf is 5 km away from Oschersleben, where the Motorsport Arena is also located. In the village itself there is a village jug with home-brewed beer and grill specialties. In addition, there is a hospital with bakery, coffee and small snack. The excursion destination Harz is reached in a short time.

The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you are looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, you have come to the right place! You can relax on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a sauna session. Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
