Small quiet apartment in the countryside. Franzburg is more of a sleepy place with an ice cream cafe, Edeka, Sparkasse and pharmacy and does not offer much for tourists. Here you should definitely be mobile, as it is a good starting point for day trips in all directions. The Baltic Sea with beautiful beaches on the Darss can be reached after approx. 40 minutes. The city of Stralsund and the Rügenauffahrt can be reached in a good 30 minutes. The well-equipped apartment contains a small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. This includes a parking space, (a balcony) and use of the Wi-Fi. Towels and beds are available upon arrival. If necessary, an extra bed can be provided for a child at no extra charge.

The modern apartment (about 40 m²) has a small kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi, double bed, dining area - ideal for 2 people. The manor house is idyllically located in a small village, offers rural tranquility and at the same time proximity to the Baltic Sea. Pool and sauna use by arrangement – perfect for relaxing after excursions to the beach or the region.

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located on the east side on the upper floor of the historic manor house, which is gradually being reconstructed. Guests are welcome to use the terrace. A grill is available for the evening, and there is a fireplace. Via our orchard you can reach the Trebel, where you can fish, experience nature or use a paddle boat. Bassendorf is a rural idyll that you can reach via a 2 km long avenue.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The apartment "alte Schmiede" is located in the attic of the "alte Schmiede" opposite the manor house. This apartment is only accessible via an external staircase, so it is not barrier-free. This stylish accommodation is perfect for small families or couples. It is equipped with a large kitchen and is therefore excellent for self-catering. The small town of Hessenburg is not far from the Saaler Bodden and just a stone's throw from Fischland/Darß.

The guest apartment is idyllically situated in a rural and peaceful setting. The bright nights from May to July are a real treat! The starry sky can sometimes be breathtaking. Access by car is very good: A20 in 11 minutes, Stralsund in 25 minutes, Baltic Sea beach in 45 minutes.

Our stylishly furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a more than 200-year-old vicarage, which has been lovingly and ecologically renovated. Wall and underfloor heating as well as a large fireplace provide cozy warmth. Firewood is available by arrangement. The extensive parish park with its centuries-old trees invites nature lovers seeking peace and quiet to linger, read and enjoy the silence.
