When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.
