I found the apartment spotless and well-maintained, exactly matching the posted images. The attention received was very kind. In addition, the location within the subdivision offers security thanks to surveillance. There's a convenience store and a food store outside the subdivision. The only detail to consider is the state of the streets outside the complex.

The accommodation is very comfortable and nice, the area is very central to reach the center and Monte Alban I arrived by car and there is an excellent space to keep it but if you don't carry a car there are also public transportation options very close by. It's definitely a great place to stay.

OMG if you want peace and tranquility as well as privacy this AIR BNB is it. The host was great and flexible. Our flight was delayed and got to Oaxaca at Midnight and she still greeted us and provided directions to get to the house. The ambiance was great if you want to cook and relax you have all you need. Will definitely stay at her home again.
