This apartment is in a really beautiful building, typical of El Cabanyal, and lovely inside too - just like the photos. Perfect for a single person or couple, 3-4 mins walk from Dr Lluch tram stop, 10 min walk to the beach, and the neighbourhood is safe and gorgeous to walk around. I am in love with El Cabanyal! Loads of bars and restaurants and shops right close by. Super comfy bed too. Gema was a fantastic host, extremely helpful, flexible and accommodating. Great with communication. I would stay here again for sure 💛

Accommodation recently renovated in an excellent way. Everything was very clean and new. The apartment has absolutely everything. The area is far from the center, but it is well connected and quiet.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

We LOVED the spacious apartment, very well arranged and above all complete. the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. the bedding and the sofa are super comfortable. the balcony is great with a much more impressive and beautiful view in real life. Free parking at the foot of the residence. Not to mention Vanessa who is ADORABLE.

Great place, what an excellent location. I stayed there for the Ironman event in April and it suited us perfectly. Well equipped apartment. One of the bathrooms is very small and some noise in the night but nothing too bad. Thanks Sergio!

Great apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – close to the sea, with a supermarket nearby, and a nice area for evening walks. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank the hospitable owners of this house, we felt during our vacation as if we were visiting this wonderful family. Very cozy, there is more than it can be necessary, thought out everything to the smallest detail, there are items for entertainment and recreation at home and on the beach, bicycles, tennis equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are all the necessary textiles for relaxation. The house is in an incredible location on the beach, incredible views and a beautiful beach with the cleanest sea. We had a very good time in the airbnb:) Rocío did a great job with the apartment, and the back terrace is amazing — perfect for sunbathing! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so the location is excellent.

The place is great for your visit to Valencia. Walkable everywhere, and if you are not in the mood, there are buses&taxis right around the corner. Place is clean, comfortable, and Paloma the host is absolutely fantastic, great communication and all her recommendations were fantastic. Would definitely come back!

Not only does the description 100% match, but the stay was very good. Fernando was very attentive, he recommended us where to eat, like moving around there, everything we needed. We definitely recommend it. .

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Eugénia is very welcoming, he allowed us to access the accommodation before check-in time. the apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurant and the beach everything is within walking distance. free street parking or nearby small streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, and clean area right next to the beach and sea. We ended up extending our stay here 2x! Incredible host and apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. The stay in Carla's apartment was satisfactory. The arrival was fluid and Carla's father explained everything clearly. The place was very clean, well equipped and close to the beach and the promenade. During the day the area is quiet, although in the afternoon there is music coming from the campsite in front of the apartment. Communication with Carla was adequate and always responded promptly. We appreciate their restaurant recommendations. We didn't miss anything during the stay.

We stayed in this great apartment for the second time. Juan is an accommodating host and helps with any query. The apartment is quietly located right by the park, so we could jog in the park right in the morning. The metro is only 5 minutes away. Juan also provides two bikes. We inquired about the city by bike. We will be happy to come back. Thank you, Juan.

John was an exceptionally good host and despite out late check-in time, he generously - and passionately - described many of the things we could do while in Valencia. His enthusiasm for the region is infectious and, armed with his insights and recommendations, our holiday got off to a great start.

We were hosted very well by his cousin who lives next door, despite the language barrier, he did everything to welcome us. Very good interaction with the owner who is very reactive.
