The apartment has lovely views of the small port and is quiet but just 1 min from the beach and the many great seafront restaurants of Port Saplaya, which suit all price classes. This house dates back to 1920 and is a Historic Heritage Site of the City. It consists of a ground floor, first floor, and an open attic. Located on the most emblematic and commercial street of Cabanyal (Poblados Maritimos), just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from the tram stop that connects to the city center and the airport. A rental agreement is required, the minimum stay is 11 days, and we comply with the urban rental law, ideal for digital nomads and workers.
