Holiday rentals with beach access in Valencia

Great stay, great location, everything actually as described. I would be happy to recommend Ruben as a host as well as his apartment. The direct beach location is super convenient, shopping is within walking distance, so you don't actually need a car on site. There is also an underground parking space (the driveway is a bit narrow, but this was also already communicated or known in the description) is also available and is more certainly very useful in the high season. Perfect stay, in an ideally located apartment, at the foot of the paseo, with stunning views, access to the beach in the blink of an eye, and the pleasant sound of the waves from morning to night! Parking inside the residence is a plus (although availability is "hit or miss"), the location of the apartment allows you to do everything on foot. Laurean and her partner were attentive, caring and responsive, in a clean apartment, comfortable and with all the necessities available. We'll definitely be back!

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

The apartment is small but more than enough for my couple and me, someone else could even be accommodated as it has sofa bed. The terrace is quite large so in summer you have to be great and you are next to the beach. Both Encarnación and her sister were lovely and left us oranges as detail, which were so good. We will be back for sure but this time in the summer with better weather.

Wonderful stay. Place was beautiful and just as described. Co-host Jorge was incredibly helpful and responsive. The location couldn't have been better. The place had everything we needed and was super comfortable. Highly recommended.

The apartment was as described, very happy with my booking.

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Our stay has been good, Salvador is a very clear and communicative owner, he has given us recommendations and was flexible in our entrance and exit upon having the house available. The facilities are correct and the area is unbeatable, the beach is across the street practically and that is appreciated. The only thing we found as negative was that on the ground floor there was an ants nest that affected both the kitchen and one of the rooms, and that the water heater is small compared to the accommodation capacity the property has and makes bathing with hot water difficult. Otherwise everything was perfect, we recommend it.

We love this place - we stayed for a month in 2023, and liked it so much we came back! Lovely location near the beach, lovely area itself, lovely house 😃

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

Great apartment in a TOP location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection with public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly decorated. Highly, highly recommended!

Nice place, near the Marina, perfect for all 8 persons each pair in his room with private bathroom. Highly recommended.

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

It was a phenomenal stay, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need to spend the stay. Regarding the area it seemed very accessible and beautiful, it was 10 minutes by car from the port, 30 minutes from Valencia!! To note that we had a barbecue to which we gave a lot of use and for our taste the best of the stay. The host at all times has been very decisive and attentive to us, of course it seems to us that it is totally worth it and more when the weather is good. The only thing I could improve is that there is no wifi as he clearly indicates in the listing and for longer stays would be fine.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Practical apartment, mot close to the beach and in an area with all amenities (catering, supermarkets, churreria!). Great for getting to know Cullera. It has parking space, which is a must in this area.
