Holiday rentals with beach access in Valencia

The stay was great! The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sea, which made it a perfect spot to relax. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay, in an apartment ideally located, at the foot of the paseo, with breathtaking views, access to the beach in the blink of an eye, and the pleasant sound of the waves from morning to night! Parking inside the residence is a plus (although availability is "lucky luck"), the location of the apartment allowing you to do everything on foot. Laurean and his partner were attentive, caring and responsive, in a clean, comfortable apartment with all the necessities available. We'll be back for sure!

Maria was incredibly helpful, she answered almoust immediatly on my questions, very flexibil. We had an accident with broken glass of the door to balkony, she solved the problem during few hours, I had to do nothing with it. I was so grateful for it! The location of the apartment is ideal, in first line of the beach, not far from supermarket,bike rental, restaurants..I really appreciated possibility to use chairs and parasol to the beach. The apartment had everything what a family could need for an perfect stay by the beach and see. Thank you, Maria!

A beautiful place to say the least, small but with everything you need. Unlike what I had read, the place is quiet, I stayed during the Falles. Victoria is a wonderful person, she explained how to get around and where to go to eat typical dishes. We were in 4 people with the sofa bed. We were comfortable.

We have been to Valencia to experience the Fallas with. It was great despite the c**p weather. The center can be easily reached by public transport. With the Fallas you do have different travel times but the taxis are not expensive and good. If you love the beach (we haven't been in March), that's all within walking distance. There is a caretaker at the entrance and the complex makes a tidy impression. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by an elevator. Apartments are always a bit noisy, but we have hardly been bothered by that. You also have a parking space in the underground garage, very convenient. All in all, despite the inclement weather, we enjoyed Valencia

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location within 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. Apartment as indicated, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

The apartment has been tastefully renovated, and well-equipped. There are enough cabinets to store clothes. We also enjoyed the heating as the weather was abnormally cold and rainy. Eugenia has thought of a lot of small practical details that make life easier, which is not often the case in vacation rentals. Eugenia is very responsive in case of any problems. For example, there was a power outage on the day of our arrival and she immediately arranged an emergency repair, which was done the same evening! The apartment is located a few minutes from the beach and very close to bus and subway stops to go directly to the city center. There is a large supermarket 10 minutes walk away and grocery stores and bazaars nearby. The only inconvenience that bothered us a little was the lack of view of the outside. Otherwise, having rented a lot of apartments in this area, I can say that it is a quality accommodation.

Very nice place to rest and enjoy the sea a stone's throw away. Lovely and comfortable site. Pedro was great at all times and very educated.

Lovely location for the beach and harbour area with a short metro ride or Uber for the centre of Valencia. Lots of small, local bars to eat and drink nearby, recommend the Artisan restaurant almost next door and the coffee hatch in the street behind the house.

Nicolas is a fantastic host. Although he does not speak English, he is very communicative and helpful. He let us stay at the house until 7pm, for which we are so grateful. A nice gesture was the refreshments at the entrance, and delicious chocolate donuts for the feast of Fallas. Perfect location. Right after you leave the house, you're on the beach. Tram and bus stops 2-3 minutes from the house. I recommend!

Second year in Claudio's apartment and enchanted!!! We find everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, nearby beach and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and a charm, we will continue to see you!!

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

A clean and quite apartment. Comfortable garage space for a big car. Beatriz's treatment is very friendly and friendly. My stay was pleasant. Definitely recommendable.

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. The sea could be seen from the balcony, in the morning with beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always supported us with advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that you could use and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only issue was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/19 pm. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or opened them in conversation. Next time we will definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Many thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. Umberto speaks German and English at the taver taxi company. Hope that helps someone else. We were very satisfied, thank you :]

The place was close to the beach and the city center is accessible by public transportation. The apartment is cozy and has a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine

what a nice place to stay. just the view! The two terraces are really a plus! Furthermore, everything is house present what you need to have a nice stay. the location is great! close to the beach, but you are also in the city in no time. we used public transport, ideal: bus stop just about in front of the door. We really thought it was a lovely place to stay for a week!

We had a lovely week at the apartment, seeing some spots in between working - good internet was a must for us. Having a parking space was great. There were only two of us, so it was fine. It would be small for 6. It was off-season so all was quiet. I'd think it could get very busy in the high season. Even though we didn't speak Spanish, they did their best to communicate in a very timely manner. We would certainly consider staying here if we were in the area again.
