Stylish apartment with a nice terrace and ocean views. In a residential complex with a pool and very nice and well-kept common areas, and above all quiet. Very bright, spectacular terrace, spacious bedroom with 1.5x2m bed (new mattresses), kitchen with a pass-through, AA, fast Internet, 50" TV (YouTube, Prime, etc.). Close to all kinds of services: Beach 500m, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants less than 5min walk. Marina 10 minutes away, by promenade. Palacio de Congresos is a 15-minute walk away.
