Holiday rentals with lake access in El Chaparral

We felt at home. It didn't lack for any detail. Quiet urbanization, with a swimming pool and bar. Beach spot by car. Mercedes has been super friendly and helpful at all times, she left us a welcome detail that we thank you a lot. We definitely recommend it. Thank you very much Mercedes for everything !!

Had a lovely weeks stay at this beautiful villa with family! House was a perfect location, weather was unfortunate however the kids made great use of the heated pool! Would highly recommend this area for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway :)

We had a very good family stay. The view from the place is lovely.

A modern and comfortable house with everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday. Fantastic jacuzzi on the top terrace with lovely lake views and a spacious, secluded pool area with very comfortable outdoor seating and electric sun blinds. Henk was easy to communicate with and quick to respond and Ria who met us there was very friendly and welcoming. We particularly liked the idea of leaving a few items for the next guests and it was really well equipped with plenty of cooking and cleaning materials. The area is quiet but there is a large Consum supermarket very close by and the brilliant Lemon Tree Sunday market is only a few kilometres away. We would definitely love to return.

It is a wonderful place to stay with a very nice terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise early in the morning. The internet connection is very good in the house especially if you work from there. The network in the area is a bit difficult but for that you have your peace and quiet:) The pools on the premises are very clean and tidy as described. There are more locals living in the urbanizations and therefore it is nice and quiet. Luciana took wonderful care of us from arrival to departure. We will come back very, very gladly.

Glenn was very helpful and accommodating with flexible check in and checking out. The place was spotless and very easy to get to. Highly recommended.

Viktoria's Apartamento has a spectacular view and just in front of the beach! What more can you ask for! Cleanliness was impeccable. The apartment has everything one needs, washing machine, utensils, oven... Etc. Very nice bed and pillow. Right on one side of the building there is a 24-hour Shop and an excellent Restaurant on the other side. I really don't miss anything Viktoria is very friendly and was very attentive to anything you need. Thanks again! 100% recommended.

Very nice stay. The accommodation is clean and very well located, close to the mar menor and not far from Cartagena. Robin's instructions are clear and effective. He was very responsive to messages.

We had a delightful experience staying at the accommodation provided by Willy. Communication with Willy was smooth, with quick and thorough responses. The apartment is comfortably cozy for two people and comes equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. We particularly appreciated the location, being conveniently close to the boardwalk and local coffee shops. The only minor inconvenience was that the windows needed to be closed at night when it was hot outside due to noise. However, this did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for this stay at home. Very nice apartment. It is just missing an outside table on the terrace to be able to eat in the morning and noon. A few accessories, a broom and a strainer are missing. We recommend it 100% . And the big plus was a private, gated parking lot. Very important in a rental.
