Casa muy especial, por su ubicación, diseño y decoración. Situada en la localidad de Las Negras, a 10 minutos andado del pueblo y de la playa. Linda con el parque natural en un enclave totalmente tranquilo donde podrás disfrutar de unos maravillosos cielos de estrellas. La piscina y zona de estar exterior son totalmente íntimas orientadas hacia el Parque Natural. A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is light, airy, and stylish. Enjoy breakfast outside whilst watching the sun rise over the sea in the morning - or sit relaxing with a glass of wine watching the moon sparkle over the ocean in the evening. There is a private heated pool which is gated and so safe for young children, sunbeds, bbq and outdoor tennis table.

Genieten in alle rust! Een prachtig appartement. Alleen comfort.... De nieuwe keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, het XL-boxspringbed opgemaakt met knisperend katoen en airconditioning. Buiten een privéterras van maar liefst 50 m², omringd door olijf- en fruitbomen, op een volledig omheind terrein. Op 6 km ligt het goudgele strand, en op 2 km het dorp. Overdag ontdek je de omgeving of geniet je van zee en zon. Daarna een duik in ons nieuwe zwembad en sluit je de dag af met een goede wijn.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars.
