Kid-friendly holiday rentals in El Grau de Moncofa

La casa ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Estaba muy limpia y disponía de todo para pasar unos días de descanso. La playa está literalmente al lado y se llega en 3 minutos andando, aunque si no te apetece bajar al mar también te puedes bañar en la piscina. Hay que seguir varias instrucciones al llegar y al salir, pero los propietarios te detallan y explican todo muy bien. La comunicación con ellos ha sido excelente. Hemos disfrutado de un fin de semana con amigos estupendo!

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia, the property was perfect for us. Coming at Easter was amazing with all the Easter parades in the area, which were spectacular. Great location for the beach and the seafood restaurants, as well as the historic centre and the science and art park, Jardin Turia etc. We used the Valenbisi bikes to get around they were so easy. Alejandro, was super helpful, responsive and a great host. We went to his Tapas Restaurant Casa Montana, the food, wine and service were excellent, I would highly recommend 😊

Tolle Wohnung in TOP Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Markthalle ist nicht weit und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Alles war sauber und hervorragend eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

Wat een geweldig huis met zwembad, in oktober wel iets aan de koude kant :-). We waren er met 8 personen en daar is genoeg ruimte voor. Ruime kamers en netjes ingericht. Op 10 min rijden van het plaatsje Vilamarxant, waar een winkel en een bakker is. De bakker heeft heerlijk brood, maar daar moet je wel vroeg voor zijn anders is het op. Supermarkt heeft ook prima brood. Valencia op een half uur rijden is goed te doen, je zit zo op de snelweg. Daniel communiceert prettig, reageert snel en adequaat. De beheerder Fernando is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk en reageert ook snel via de app. Is ook snel ter plekke mocht dat nodig zijn.

Merci à Gaelle et Khalid (et Farid) pour leur accueil dans ce logement qui est tout simplement parfait. le logement est situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage de sable fin et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre d'Alcossebre au calme absolu dans une propriété fermée avec Piscine, espace de jeu pour enfant et même un poulailler. Notre petite fille a adoré ! La maison est propre, fonctionnelle et spacieuse avec une terasse qui donne directement sur la piscine. Les hôtes sont adorables même si nous les avons peu croisé durant notre séjour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une belle région et nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous pendant 1 semaine. Merci à eux.

le logement correspond au photo et à la description. Il est idéalement situé : à 100 m d'une boulangerie très correcte, à 300 m de la grande plage, à 600 m du Mercadona, à 100 m d'un loueur de vélo lowcost super sympa et surtout dans le secteur des anciens pêcheurs qui est extrêmement typique. La chambre est à l'arrière du logement et donc très calme. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

This place is great!! If you are staying in Valencia this neighbourhood is a great choice, there is everything you need close by and everything is in walking distance! This apartment is on a quieter street, has a bright clean and safe entrance hall and a lift! The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly ever need and more!! We have never seen a better equipped place! The hosts met us at exactly the time we arrived and explained everything clearly and followed this up with messsages and pictures of the equipment so we knew everything (great prompt communication) The bathroom was clean and spacious (seemed bigger than the pictures!) there was loads of wardrobe/storage space, the couch was comfortable, the balcony was lovely to sit out on. The bed and pillows were comfy and I slept very well! Highly recommend this place, it lacked nothing! Ten stars 🌟

Alloggiare in questo bellissimo appartamento è stata una bellissima esperienza. All'arrivo ci è stato permesso il check in anticipato da noi molto apprezzato. La casa è in una zona tranquilla senza nessun rumore notturno ed è nella zona centrale di Valencia a pochi passi dal Mercato Centrale e vicino ai monumenti da visitare. La casa è molto spaziosa e pulitissima e inoltre all'arrivo ci hanno accolto con dolci,acqua e latte per la colazione. Sotto l'appartamento c'è una buonissima pizzeria italiana molto comoda quando si è stanchi per le camminate giornaliere.

Wir waren in der Zeit vom 16.04 bis zum 22.04.25 in der Unterkunft von Natalia Verónica. Da unser Flug erst um die Mitternacht landete, haben wir es zuvor kommuniziert und uns wurde der Check-in problemlos ermöglicht. Natalia Verónica was stets du gut erreichbar und hat immer auf alle Fragen reagiert. Besonders lobenswert ist, dass Sie uns beim Check-out gewährt hat, länger in der Wohnung zu verbleiben, weil das Wetter so schlecht gewesen ist. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Dafür ein extra Dank!!! Die Unterkunft war alltagstauglich ausgestattet, befand sich im sauberen Zustand und die Betten waren bereits bei der Anreise bezogen. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas hellhörig, was uns aber nicht länger gestört hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral! Von da aus erreicht man wirklich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, da man direkt in der Altstadt ist. Wir sind in Valencia nur zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der schönen Stadt genossen!! Danke und gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, appartement impeccable ! Très proche des commerces de proximité et de la cité des sciences. Environnement très calme. Hôte accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Merci pour cet accueil, nous avons passé un très beau voyage !

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Apartament preciós i impecable. Té de tot, no hi falta detall. Molt ben equipat i acollidor. Millor que a les fotos. Vam poder aparcar gratis a davant. Molt a prop de parades de bus, va ser molt fàcil moure's per València. L'Illia va ser super amable, ens va enviar recomenacions i sempre ens va respondre al moment. El recomano al 100%.

Es el segundo año que vamos y seguiremos repitiendo. María Jesús es una mujer encantadora y está súper atenta, puedes contar con ella para lo que necesites y cuida mucho los detalles de su alojamiento. Es un sitio ideal para ir con niños y pasar unos días tranquilos, la playa es un lujazo, eso sí, algún día hemos encontrado medusas, pero el resto disfrutamos mogollón porque la playa es súper tranquila y el agua calentita, ideal para los niños! Y la urbanización es estupenda, con restaurante, tienda, heladería... Volveremos seguro!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

Marta una estupenda anfitriona con una buena comunicación. El alojamiento fiel a la descripción y fotos. Al lado de un supermercado y a 7 min andando a la playa de Canet y de la zona del paseo marítimo con restaurantes.

El alojamiento está fenomenal, cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Es tal cual las fotos. El trato de Antonio Luis es estupendo, muy agradable y atento. Todo resultó claro a la llegada y nos explicó todo fenomenal, además de ser muy flexible!

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
