Great stay, great location, everything actually as described. I would be happy to recommend Ruben as a host as well as his apartment. The direct beach location is super convenient, shopping is within walking distance, so you don't actually need a car on site. There is also an underground parking space (the driveway is a bit narrow, but this was also already communicated or known in the description) is also available and is more certainly very useful in the high season. We have stayed at this B&B in Cullera and the experience was excellent. The apartment was impeccably clean, everything was very new and attention to detail. The location is great, close to the beach and the promenade. The house was equipped with everything you need, both at the level of utensils and basics (salt, oil, coffee, etc.), something that is very appreciated. Also, both the towels, sheets and the house smelled great, showing attention to cleanliness and comfort. We were very comfortable, it's definitely a place we would return to. Highly recommended.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

My partner and I really liked the apartment. It is in a very good area, close to the promenade, with easy parking. It also had all the equipment, including toiletries like gel, cream, etc. and what we liked most: a box with mini-games to spend a nice little time on the terrace. For us, 10!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment is fully equipped with absolutely anything a family could need during their stay, very clean and the location is just perfect. Aitor is a great host, very responsive and helpful, offers very precise and clear instructions and in our case, he even helped us with an early check-in. Highly recommend him!

We had a great 5 days, quiet area, right on the beach , everything as described in the listing ... Beatriz very pending , we solved the few doubts that arose . We'll be back for sure.

Great place, what an excellent location. I stayed there for the Ironman event in April and it suited us perfectly. Well equipped apartment. One of the bathrooms is very small and some noise in the night but nothing too bad. Thanks Sergio!

Both amparo and Paula (co-host) were super responsive and friendly. They are wonderful hosts and super content with the house. It is in a very quiet area and right on the beach, of course it is a stay that we would repeat in a time that can be enjoyed 100% of the location right on the beach and the pool of the house. It's exactly what you see in the photos as well as being a cozy home. An experience of 10 ☺️

We had a very good time in the airbnb:) Rocío did a great job with the apartment, and the back terrace is amazing — perfect for sunbathing! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so the location is excellent.

The place is great for your visit to Valencia. Walkable everywhere, and if you are not in the mood, there are buses&taxis right around the corner. Place is clean, comfortable, and Paloma the host is absolutely fantastic, great communication and all her recommendations were fantastic. Would definitely come back!

Not only does the description 100% match, but the stay was very good. Fernando was very attentive, he recommended us where to eat, like moving around there, everything we needed. We definitely recommend it. .

At Rosana's, you can feel good! Everything was perfect for our family holiday. The apartment is beautiful, the modern kitchen there is space as on the large terrace with the little extra! The podium with sea view (ideal for morning coffee or a few aperitif beers). A door separates us from the beach is great! There is a very chill & surf atmosphere. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the easy house To be repeated without hesitating

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Eugénia is very welcoming, he allowed us to access the accommodation before check-in time. the apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurant and the beach everything is within walking distance. free street parking or nearby small streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment was comfortable and Angel was a proactive and helpful host. Really close to the beach and by bus or bike not far from the center

Our stay in Valencia was absolutely perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Everything was very good, the apartment was as expected, spectacular views and very good location to go down to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. We have just had a wonderful few days in this beautiful apartment. It was better than we expected , absolutely spotless and very comfortable.
