Owned by the family for 40 years, it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Situated in one of the most privileged locations in Llançà, the Villa offers an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, stunning views, tranquillity, and a unique natural setting.

Privileged location, in front of the beach of S'Alqueria Petita with beautiful views in the Portlligat area which is characterized by being one of the best beaches of Cap de Creus and for its tranquility. The house consists of a fully equipped living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and two terraces, one with an outdoor dining area and chillout with hammocks overlooking the sea and another with access to the street.

Disposeu de 2 bicicletes de passeig ( gratuïtes) , per poder descobrir els fantàstics racons de la ciutat.

House with 3 well-equipped bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Very central, three minutes away from the town's large beach. With all amenities nearby, supermarket, clinic, main promenade, Friday market, restaurants, .... In summer, from June 15 to September 15, it is rented from Saturday to Saturday, minimum one week. On the day of departure, the tourist tax for those over 17 years of age must be paid in cash. Flexible check-in/check-out times if possible.

Suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom, another with double bed and a third with bunks beds, main bathroom with hairdryer, well-equipped kitchen with utensils included, living-dining room with sea views. There is a large terrace with a barbacue and sea views. It has heating, air conditioning, safety box and wifi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Possibility of online check in and electronic key.
