Owned by the family for 40 years, it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Situated in one of the most privileged locations in Llançà, the Villa offers an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, stunning views, tranquillity, and a unique natural setting.

Centrally located and renovated apartment 2 minutes walking from the center. Ideal to come as a couple, with friends you will have all the necessary amenities. Will be able to rest, disconnect, or if you wish, remotely work. The master bedroom suite type, with complete sink with shower. The loft has 2 single beds that can be put together, full bathroom reading area with tub of 1.70 m and shower. Possibility cama surpletoria. Easy parking, residential area. Includes bed linen and towels.

Very cosy and practical house.

Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and convenient. You will find very quiet. It is a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. It does not have wifi.

Apartment Can Rama (parking included)

Apartment with 75m2 in the heart of the Costa Brava, located inside the Natural Park of Cap de Creus, between Llançà and Port de la Selva. The apartment, very luminous, is fully equipped with a maximum capacity of 6 people. The natural environment invites you to a calm, serene and peaceful atmosphere. A few meters away, there is hiking road "Cami de Ronda" with access to various beautiful beaches. The center of the Vila and the port is only 5 minutes by car.

House near the beach and promenade

House with 3 well-equipped bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Very central, three minutes away from the town's large beach. With all amenities nearby, supermarket, clinic, main promenade, Friday market, restaurants, .... In summer, from June 15 to September 15, it is rented from Saturday to Saturday, minimum one week. On the day of departure, the tourist tax for those over 17 years of age must be paid in cash. Flexible check-in/check-out times if possible.

Three bedroom duplex on the seafront. Suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom, another with double bed and a third with bunks beds, main bathroom with hairdryer, well-equipped kitchen with utensils included, living-dining room with sea views. There is a large terrace with a barbacue and sea views. It has heating, air conditioning, safety box and wifi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Possibility of online check in and electronic key.
