Holiday house Mariscos is situated less than 20 metres from a beautiful bay on the Mediterranean Sea. It situated on the first line towards the sea in the Costa Brava area in Porto de la Selva, Spain. Family and friends gathering. For those who like swimming, snorkelling or sunbathing, there is the bay at a 3 minutes walk. Our house is suitable for couples, families ( with children), friends, business travelers and furry friends ( pets ). Since April 2025 there is glasfiber Wifi and airco.

A tranquil outdoor terrace features a stone pathway leading to ocean views. Soft lighting illuminates the space, highlighting a seating area with lounge chairs. A white wall provides a clean contrast against the serene backdrop of the sea, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation.

Cosy waterfront house in Cadaqués.

Very bright house with typical design architecture of the area. Privileged location, in front of the beach of S'Alqueria Petita with beautiful views in the Portlligat area which is characterized by being one of the best beaches of Cap de Creus and for its tranquility. The house consists of a fully equipped living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and two terraces, one with an outdoor dining area and chillout with hammocks overlooking the sea and another with access to the street.

A bright dining area is showcased, featuring a wooden table surrounded by chairs. A lush painting of a beach scene adorns the wall, while a stylish mirror is displayed nearby. Natural light enters through large windows, complementing the cozy seating area with a television.

Casa con 3 habitaciones bien equipadas, 1 baño y 1 aseo . Muy céntrica, a tres minutos de la playa grande del pueblo . Con todos los servicios cercanos, supermercado, ambulatorio, paseo principal, mercado de los viernes, restaurantes, .... En verano, del 1 de julio al 30 de agosto se alquila de sábado a sábado, mínimo una semana. Día de salida se tendrá que abonar en efectivo la tasa turística para los mayores de 17 años. Los horarios entrada/salida flexibles si hay posibilidad.

Very cosy and practical house.

Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and convenient. You will find very quiet. It is a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. It does not have wifi.

Mediterranean house with a lot of charm and views

Beautiful Mediterranean house with lots of charm and stunning views of the entire Bay of Roses. Ideal for couples and families, to disconnect and spend a few quiet and relaxing days, or to telecommute. Sleeps 6 but ideal for 4, two rooms are loft type. Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.
