A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

Beautiful 17th century house in Pals, located within the Gothic enclosure. Luxuriously restored and decorated with furniture bought in antique shops and rummaging through flea markets. The result is a very warm and cozy decoration. The house is 150 square meters. Three double bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Kitchen-office with fireplace. Living room. It has 2 single sofa beds. Fantastic terrace with stunning views. It has tables for snacks or meals and a chill-out area to relax.

Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and convenient. You will find very quiet. It is a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. It does not have wifi.

House with 3 well-equipped bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Very central, three minutes away from the town's large beach. With all amenities nearby, supermarket, clinic, main promenade, Friday market, restaurants, .... In summer, from June 15 to September 15, it is rented from Saturday to Saturday, minimum one week. On the day of departure, the tourist tax for those over 17 years of age must be paid in cash. Flexible check-in/check-out times if possible.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

Ideal for couples and families, to disconnect and spend a few quiet and relaxing days, or to telecommute. Sleeps 6 but ideal for 4, two rooms are loft type. Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.

This accommodation is very special and personal because it is the house that my great-grandfather bought to spend the summers with his 9 children, then where my father grew up and in it I spent the happiest moments of my childhood.
