Se trata de un chalet con 3 viviendas. 2 independientes destinadas a huéspedes y otra de la anfitriona. Hay 1000m de jardín y piscina con jacuzzi (NO climatizados) de USO COMÚN. La anfitriona tiene perros, que hacen uso puntual del jardín. La casa de los huéspedes es PRIVADA. Habitaciones, baño, cocina privados. No dispone de vistas pero SI hay puerta de acceso directo a la playa y paseo marítimo Parking incluido (sin techo) FIESTAS NO PERMITIDAS
