Holiday rentals in El Real de Gandia

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Small flat in a good location. Close to beaches. Close to either promenade. Many restaurants. Small grocery store very close. Bus stop to central Calpe or tram station very close. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice touch with spices, oil, vinegar, etc.

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

It is evident that the Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make the house cosy, which has been accomplished quite well. You do not have the feeling of being in a rental home. Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. And also reached out after arrival to her if everything was as expected. We had some nice days at the house and can only recommend the place.

Wir wurden persönlich vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine umfangreiche Einweisung in die Wohnung und die gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern genutzten Bereiche wie Pool, Hallenbad und Sauna. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön. Direkt hinter der Anlage kann man schön wandern. Für Einkäufe und die Fahrt zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt. Die Anlage selbst ist modern und sauber. Andrej ist ein toller Gastgeber!

Beautiful house in the heart of Altea Old Town close all the bars & restaurants. Split over 4 levels with great sea view from lounge & terrace on top floor. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in the old town.

Excellent. Great views, 6 comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms which was useful. 9kg washing machine, well kitted kitchen. had towels, Inc beach towels so no need to carry out in luggage. secure. location was amazing, right opposite beach, near Old Town. balcony was unreal. highly recommended 👌

Duidelijke video en instructies om het appartement te vinden. Verder was het appartement was netjes en proper, goed opgeruimd. Ligt in een rustige omgeving, supermarkt, restaurants en de zee ligt allemaal zeer dichtbij. Bij aankomst miste ik wel enkele basis hygiene dingen zoals een WC-rol en een beetje handzeep. Verder was alles prima in orde!

Une petite pépite que je recommande vivement. Rachel est très sympa, flexible et accueillante. La vue est incroyable ! 😍 Le logement très bien équipé, propre. Pas de mauvaise surprise. Quel bonheur de pouvoir s’endormir avec le doux bruit des vagues, comme ci nous dormions sur la plage. Parfait ! Je reviendrai :)
