Apartment for cyclists, boaters and water sports enthusiasts and all those who want to become one. A vacation apartment, about 100 square meters in size, is rented directly at the harbor of Großräschen. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a tub, a toilet and a separate toilet. A large balcony overlooking the lake invites you to relax. The Großräschen harbor (opening expected in 2021) is part of the Lusatian Lake District, which also includes Lake Senftenberg. About 10-12 flooded open-cast mines are navigable, which are connected by overpasses (currently still partially under construction). Countless kilometers of paved bike paths around the lakes or through the forests make the Lusatian Lake District a paradise for nature lovers, cyclists, skaters and hikers. Numerous other activities are possible: jet ski rental, horseback riding, quad and jeep tours, canoeing, sailing and of course swimming on fine sandy beaches. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Senftenberg, the Lausitzring and also the Spreewald. Due to the direct connection to the A13, excursions to Dresden (60 km), Berlin (100 km) or Tropical Island (70 km) are conceivable.

Großflächige Fenster sorgen für viel Tageslicht in den Räumen, und in der kalten Jahreszeit sorgt eine Fußbodenheizung für eine angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Private lake access (approx. 120 m²) is 400 m away. A pedal boat and a 4-person canoe are included for stays of three nights or more. E-bikes and bicycles are available upon request. A simple, tranquil hideaway for couples and families of up to four people – for days spent in harmony with nature. No Smoking!

Living/sleeping rooms between the ground and upper floors are separated only by an open staircase (without a door).

Light-flooded house with direct lake access. Located on the lake shore, you can go for a swim, paddle, rent a rowing boat near by, go sailing or standup paddling, bring in the catch of the day, cycle, hike or just hang out. The idyllic 120 sqm 3 bedroom house with an extensive garden (deck / swing / slide / football goal) is located in eastern Brandenburg near Beeskow. By car you can reach it in around 1h and 10 min or take the train to Beeskow and continue 10km by bicycle.

The vacation home 1+2 is located on a private property of 1000 m². The cottages have an area of approximately 43 m². The beach is about 50 m away. Restaurants are very close by: Greek about 50 m, German cuisine 600 m. Shopping, doctor, pharmacy are about 600 m away. To the train station in about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes to the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes to Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
