A large balcony overlooking the lake invites you to relax. The Großräschen harbor (opening expected in 2021) is part of the Lusatian Lake District, which also includes Lake Senftenberg. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Senftenberg, the Lausitzring and also the Spreewald. Due to the direct connection to the A13, excursions to Dresden (60 km), Berlin (100 km) or Tropical Island (70 km) are conceivable.

Located on the lake shore, you can go for a swim, paddle, rent a rowing boat near by, go sailing or standup paddling, bring in the catch of the day, cycle, hike or just hang out. The idyllic 120 sqm 3 bedroom house with an extensive garden (deck / swing / slide / football goal) is located in eastern Brandenburg near Beeskow. By car you can reach it in around 1h and 10 min or take the train to Beeskow and continue 10km by bicycle.
