Enjoy the day exploring the shores and endless ocean views on land or in one of the kayaks or canoes provided. Spend the evenings with your favorite drink (and people) around the bonfire. Enjoy summer days or wintry splendor. We are located in a rustic area of northwest Michigan, 15 miles north of Harbor Springs, within 2 miles of the Tunnel of Trees. We are conveniently located for nature preserves, hiking trails, beautiful beaches, ski slopes, and Mackinaw Island. Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. Our equipped kitchen has a pantry, fresh farm eggs, butter, a home-baked item, ground coffee, and teas.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Tall Pines Hideaway

Classic Maine cottage on Papoose Pond, nestled among the trees. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this small pond, whether reading a book, or paddling a kayak, canoe or paddleboard. All the equipment is waiting for you. Lots to explore in the area as well, being close to Bethel and Sunday River, Fryeburg, North Conway and the White Mountains. Enjoy the glow of the fire pit at night, or gather inside for games or a movie.
