While away balmy evenings with barbecues on the deck at this rustic retreat with wooden beams, exposed stone walls, and elegant sash windows. This home has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in each bedroom plus a common area with a daybed and mattress underneath. Note:there are no bathtubs, just showers. Owners live on lower level if anything is needed but you will have all the privacy you want. Shared deck is available for use. 4 blocks from a park. 3 blocks to Elizabethtown College's beautiful campus. 5-6 blocks to downtown Elizabethtown where there are cute shops, restaurants, cafes and the public library. Enjoy this cozy 2nd floor guest suite for 2 in a 200 year old farmhouse! The space is a 3 room guest suite, with private entrance, full bath, bedroom and living room. The listing is NOT for the entire house. Our family and dog lives in the main part of the house. Enjoy petting our goats and watching our chickens.
