The layout was very spacious and offers a retreat for everyone if necessary. In the bathroom, there is a beautiful bathtub next to a walk-in shower. The balcony is separately accessible from the two bedrooms. In the large yard area in front of the building, bicycles can be stored in the lockable shed.

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.
