Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Das Haus liegt 10 Minuten von der Bergdoktor Praxis entfernt auf einem Hochplateau über dem Ort Ellmau mit einem einzigartigen Blick in den Wilden Kaiser. Im Winter bringt der Skibus (Haltestelle in 50m Entfernung) die Gäste in 5 Minuten zum Skigebiet Ellmau. Zurück geht's mit den Skiern bis zum Haus.
