Si articola al piano terra e al piano mansarda di una più ampia villa, con giardino e parcheggio riservato. Dimenticate l'auto per raggiungere la spiaggia. La porzione di villa a voi riservata è di circa 100 mq, oltre alle verande esterne e al giardino.

Casa delle Pleiadi is a lovely little semidetached home, with a double bedroom, a full bathrooms with shower, a spacious living area with a small but functional kitchen, a dining area and a bright and comfy sofa. Outside there is a patio with premium sea views, a spacious terrace with a barbecue area and a dining space. On top of the hill overseeing the marvellous Golfo degli Angeli, it gives you breath taking views over the blue sea. 1 Km from the beach, the supermarket and nearest restaurant.

La casa "Bouganville" è ideale per gli ospiti che scelgono una vacanza con gli amici o con la famiglia in un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. Le tre camere matrimoniali sono comode, fresche, luminose. La cucina è attrezzata e separata da un ampio soggiorno con camino e smart TV da 55 polici.Piscina con solarium, doccia acqua fredda/calda, barbeque. Ristrutturata di recente, è dotata di due bagni con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti sono climatizzati e dotati di zanzariere. Parcheggio privato.

house immersed in nature, the Mediterranean vegetation makes the scent of lentischio, typical shrub of Sardinia, a quiet place, about 300 meters from the sea. The area is served by buses , a few kilometers away there are restaurants, market, pharmacy, pizzerias, fruits and vegetables directly from the farmer. The climate is good, almost tropical.
