Several shopping opportunities in Elmenhorst and Nienhagen – 5 minutes by car. The Ostseepark shopping center with IKEA can be reached in 15 minutes.

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!

Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

Our exclusive vacation apartment Wellenfunkeln is the ideal place for your Baltic Sea dream vacation. Look forward to a light-flooded modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and direct views of the lake. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

Ideal for two people, it offers a comfortable queen-size bed and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a small dishwasher and a practical oven-microwave combination. A cosy retreat – centrally located yet wonderfully relaxed.

Lille Hus Bastorf

Lille Hus is a small holiday home in Bastorf for 2-4 people. Excursions to the surrounding area, such as to Kühlungsborn, which is only 4 km away, can be reached perfectly on foot or by bicycle. Lille Hus is decorated in Nordic style and offers everything for a relaxing holiday. Since 2025, we have also had air conditioning that promises a pleasant room temperature on hot days.

Between the main road Lange Straße and the pedestrian zone, Rostocker Boulevard on the cozy Heiligengeisthof with the Horse Fountain, you will find our charming loft. Cosy holiday apartment 'Alte Post' Our apartment is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Börgerende-Rethwisch, a small village near the beach (4 km). Our central location makes us an ideal starting point for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car is happy to stop due to the connection to public transport.
