The guesthouse with the holiday lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural estate Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love for clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain view of special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The house "Lieblingsplatz" is part of a small ensemble of 4 vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Vacation in the old bakery

The rustic Backhus is part of the Alte Museumshof and can accommodate up to 6 people on two floors. In the adjacent garden you can grill, play and enjoy the panoramic view at will. 2 bikes are provided free of charge. Upon request and availability, we are happy to provide you with other bicycles with which you can explore the area. The sights of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are just a stone's throw away.

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days. Cottage "Coastal Forest" - Diedrichshage seaside resort

50m² Holiday Cottage for 1-4 People Near the Beach, with a Sunny Garden and Terrace. This small, cozy holiday home is a quiet retreat in the middle of the small farmhouse for 2 - 5 people: On 40 square meters over two floors, the living room and bedroom, a small country house kitchen and a shower room extend over two floors. The terrace surrounds the house facing southwest, overlooking the paddock and the forest.
