Vacation home "Ostseegreif" We rent the modern equipped 84 m² attic apartment with 4 rooms and max. 6 sleeping options in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. Directly behind the house, the Oldendorfer Tannen (a small piece of forest) begins and directly afterwards the Warnow. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Car parking space and barbecue facilities (tent) are provided.

The beach is about 3 km away and easily accessible by bicycle ( 10 min). On approx. 40 m² there is a well-equipped kitchen (2 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, kettle), a bathroom with shower, a living room and bedroom with TV, couch set and small dining table, a double bed (1.60 m x 2m), a car parking space right in front of the house.

This apartment in the city center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both can be comfortably reached on foot in max. 10 minutes. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even though the guest bed (mattress) offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11pm is possible by prior arrangement via a key locker.
