Away from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting of 2 hectares, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a rû and punctuated by a small pond.

A covered parking space is reserved for you in our courtyard, right across from the apartment. Whether you come on foot, by bike, by car or by motorcycle, we will be happy to welcome you to our home!

La Beriozka , family home with a large wooded garden in the heart of the village. The house is a farmhouse with character, facing south. The rooms are spacious , the Wifi connection is via fiber and is fast . Parking with 2 electric charging stations nearby and close to the town hall; as well as a sports course equipped with multiple apparatus. Emancé is a peaceful village, crossed by a GR and offering many walks away from the main roads.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the heart of the forest, in the park of the Château de Montlieu on the 1st floor of an 18th century outbuilding. Located 2.5 km from Gazeran SNCF train station, Rambouillet is 5 minutes away, Versailles is 25 minutes away, Chartres is 31 minutes away and Paris Montparnasse is 40 minutes away. The animals in the park will delight the children. Many hiking trails are accessible.

At the home but independent, upstairs bedroom of a small annex next to our house. 7-minute walk to Épernon station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.
