L'appartement, classé et étoilé, complètement neuf, au second étage de notre villa, à seulement 10 mètres des premières vagues, bénéficie d'une grande terrasse donnant sur la mer. Il mesure 35 m2 et la terrasse privée 25 m2. Les restaurants et le parc Braudel sont tout proches. C'est le lieu idéal pour des vacantes relaxantes ou sportives, avec de nombreuses possibilités d'activités nautiques et de randonnées à pied ou en VTT. C'est le lieu rêvé pour des vacances en couple ou avec des enfants.

Seafront Condo in Bandol, Provence

L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Numerous walks on the coastal path with a succession of coves, 20 minutes' walk from the center of Bandol (all shops and activities), 5 minutes by car or shuttle.

Independent beachfront studio – La Bressière

Charming studio located on the Cassis Peninsula, facing Cap Canaille with direct private sea access. Enjoy direct access to the coves on foot, independent access with bright path, several sea view spaces at your disposal: seawater swimming pool, terrace with outdoor lounge, petanque court, solarium feet in the water, hammock, barbecue... The studio has a beautiful 25 m2 room, a separate fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Chez Hubert, by the Mediterranean Sea

The building is quiet and located by the sea. You can swim in the rocks located at the foot of the building and are a few minutes walk from the port, the market and the beaches. Non-nominative parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. It may happen that there is no space. In this case, you can unload the car at the foot of the building and park in the area near the footbridge at the top or in town.

40 m2 single-story apartment on the ground floor, ideally located by the beach with a 180-degree view of the sea. Once your car is parked in a private parking space in front of the apartment, you can enjoy Le Brusc on foot. The port of Brusc is a 3-4 minute walk away, you will find restaurants, hairdresser, tobacco, ice cream, pharmacy, pier for the embiez... a nice walk will take you to the beautiful Gaou peninsula.

The peninsula

'La Gaou' is our family home located 100 m from the coast facing the Embiez archipelago and right next to the Gaou Islands. These natural spaces are sources of inspiration as the landscapes change according to the sun's path and climatic conditions. On the first floor of our villa, the apartment called 'La Presqu'île' intended for our visitors, offers a real balcony over the Brusc lagoon and views of the open sea.

My place is close to everything, the view is exceptional over the bay of Portissol with the ballet of boats in front of you. Restaurants, beach, shops are all next to you, you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without the worries and cost of parking right next to the apartment, and you can enjoy your vacation on foot, beaches, restaurants, and relaxation.
