It dates from the early 19th century and was lovingly restored in 2019. The Boskins provides luxury 2 bedroom accommodation. Both bedrooms can be used as doubles or twins making the Boskins the perfect setting for families or groups of friends. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area leads out to a south facing terrace and garden.

A traditionally built Shepherds Hut that sleeps two people. Life inside the shepherds hut is compact, but you have a beautiful en-suite, with shower. A fixed double bed. A small kitchen area, with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a tv and wood burning stove to keep you toasty and warm. Private garden, with chiminea, covered gas BBQ area. There are two pubs in the village that serve good food and both are in walking distance. Pets fee is £5 pn per pet. Parking for 1 car.

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.
