Tiny home, big yard. Enjoy an oasis in the midst of the oakland culture and emeryville bustle in this cozy home and yard.
“What a special tiny home! The design was very clever and the attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Lee was an exceptional and considerate host who took extra steps to ensure my safety and well/being as the purpose of my stay was to safely quarantine before joining my family. As a Bay Area native, I love this area but vibe of the neighborhood in particular is just so special. My favorite time spent there was laying in the hammock at twilight and enjoying the smell of jasmine and roses and taking in the beautifully tended garden. I really couldn’t have asked for a more lovely or peaceful place to stay. Thanks Lee!”

“The Marianna department is excellent, very clean and very well located, it is close to the train station and the bus stops that bring you closer to the Mc Artur station which is the one that takes you to San Francisco. Marianna has prepared a folder with all the information you need and if you need something more specific you can send her a message and she responds quickly. The treatment is by message which is good, since it respects your space. I loved his house and would definitely go again if I came back to Oakland”

Berkeley Bowl grocery store is nearby. Public transportation to San Francisco is easy. Freeway access to San Francisco (We are very close to the Bay Bridge) UC Berkeley 2+ miles away. “Our family of 5 people drove over from Los Angeles. After a long journey, they settled in and felt at home. There is a good parking space, first of all to relieve the worry of parking difficulties. The environment is elegant. The host lives on the 2nd floor and enters and exits from a separate staircase. The room is completely independent, spacious, clean and bright. Both bedrooms are comfortable. There is a large living room with a larger sofa bed. There is a good bathroom, and it is easy to wash. The kitchen is clean, the pots and pans are readily available, the kitchenware is complete, and the stove and washing machine are also very good. The host is kind and friendly. We checked in on January 23 and left on February 4. This has become a temporary home for us, which is loved and missed. If we go to Auckland in the future, we would still choose to return to this home.”
