Our family plays in shared yard late afternoon with 2 friendly dogs. 7-30 days firm per business license. For two guests, choose "2" when booking.

Near Bart and one block from bus stop to SF. Hiking in Tilden Park or Wildcat canyon just 10 min drive.

Berkeley Bowl grocery store is nearby. Public transportation to San Francisco is easy. Freeway access to San Francisco (We are very close to the Bay Bridge) UC Berkeley 2+ miles away. The non-smoking unit is the first floor of a Duplex. We live in the unit above with a little one that is active during the day.
