Fijne studio in woonboerderij met eigen op- en ingang, parkeerplaats en tuin. Landelijk gelegen, met het bos op wandelafstand èn op nog geen 3 km afstand van het gezellige centrum van Emmen. De studio is voorzien van alle gemakken en is een prima uitvalsbasis voor mooie fiets- en wandeltochten, een dag Wildlands of winkelen in Emmen. Bij mooi weer is het heerlijk vertoeven in de eigen tuin en is het koud en guur, dan biedt de pallet kachel heerlijke warmte. Kortom, een fijne plek!!

Het vakantiehuis is geschikt voor 4 personen, gerealiseerd in sept. 2020 en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is gesitueerd aan de rand van het dorp en daardoor een unieke locatie als uitvalsbasis voor veel mooie uitstapjes in het mooie Drenthe. Een paar stappen buiten de deur en je bevindt je in het Valtherbos. Ook voor de hardlopers, wandelaars en fietsers en ATB ers onder ons liggen er mooie routes in de directe omgeving. Op het terrein bevindt zich ook de woning van de eigenaar.

Holiday apartment "Teumige Tied" 1

The holiday home can accommodate 4 people, was completed in Sept. 2020, and is fully equipped with every comfort. Situated on the outskirts of the village, it offers a unique location as a base for numerous wonderful excursions in beautiful Drenthe. A few steps outside the door and you are in the Valtherbos. Also for the runners, hikers and cyclists and ATBers among us there are beautiful routes in the immediate vicinity. On the property is also the owner's house.

In 2021, apartments were built in the part of the farm on the first floor. Each apartment consists of 2 floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. Downstairs bathroom, toilet, living room and kitchenette. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, each with two 1-person box springs. Each apartment has a picnic table for 4 people outside. Due to the stairs in the accommodation, it is not suitable for disabled people. We warmly welcome you to Hoeve de Peel in Erica, Drenthe!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Formerly a stable and shed. In 2023, completely renovated into a completely cozy apartment, where it is good to be. Views of meadows bordering Germany. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails in the area. Near "Het Bargerveen," a beautiful nature reserve of about 2100 hectares. Emmen (Wildlands) and the fortified town of Coevorden can be reached within half an hour.

The gypsy wagon is located on a private field where the chickens walk around you and the goats, rabbits and horses live nearby. The accommodation is cozy and lovingly decorated. Next to the gypsy wagon, there is a picnic table, garden chairs, a wood stove and a cooking pot to make your own stew or a delicious soup over the fire. For relaxation, it is possible to book the wood-fired hot tub and/or sauna.

Rural apartment

Rural apartment with private entrance and outdoor terrace for up to two people. Pets are not allowed. There is also the possibility when you come with more people to put up a tent. The cost is 7.50 euros per person per night. Bicycles (not electric) are provided. You can rent for 5.00 euros per bike per day. Distance to the center of Emmen is 5 km. Studio "De oude paardenstal"

Onze studio heeft een rustige ligging, waar je heerlijk kunt onthaasten en genieten van al de natuur om je heen. We hebben er voor gezorgd, dat alles aanwezig is voor een aangenaam verblijf! Dit heeft gemaakt , dat de studio knus en eenvoudig is. Deze studio is geschikt voor twee personen van jong tot oud, die vooral ook onze passie voor de natuur delen en bewust met het milieu omgaan.

Enjoy our lovely quiet apartment. It is located on a small industrial street with surrounding homes. Within walking distance of a small shopping center. Also within walking distance is the forest with the dolmens. It is wonderful to walk here. The center of Emmen, where there are also Wildlands and lovely cozy restaurants, is also within walking distance, about a 15-minute walk.
