(8-20 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. You rent the entire upper floor and part of the lower floor with your own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and a lovely garden. The minimum booking is 8 people for 2 nights. Are you coming with fewer people? Then please send a message first before you book. Final cleaning at an additional cost if desired

Cozy vacation home in Drenthe

This charming five-person nature lodge has a large shared garden at the rear of the property, with animals, various seating areas and a large play area with playground equipment. With nice weather you can cook outside in the witch boiler or use the barbecue. The cottage is a great base from which to discover Drenthe, Groningen, Friesland and Germany. For example, the beautiful forests of Emmen with their dolmens and the Bargerveen nature reserve are nearby but is also fortified town of Bourtange not far.

Dartien is our sunny and detached recreational home that we enjoy very much. It is located in a wooded area in the holiday park "de Hunzebergen" and was thoroughly renovated in 2014. The spacious living room has plenty of daylight and French doors to the terrace. That terrace is facing south. The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small village on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe, there are forests, fields, heaths, country roads, fens, burial mounds and megalithic tombs. Many cycling and hiking routes run through Valthe that give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request, a crib/child's bed can be placed.

The cottage is within cycling distance of Wildlands Adventure Zoo, Het Veenpark and the new IJstijden Fietspad. The cottage has 5 beds, but the space is better suited for 4 people or a family with 3 small children. The 2nd bedroom is only accessible through the 1st bedroom. Completely equipped with central heating.
