Cozy vacation home in Drenthe

This charming five-person nature lodge has a large shared garden at the rear of the property, with animals, various seating areas and a large play area with playground equipment. With nice weather you can cook outside in the witch boiler or use the barbecue. The cottage is a great base from which to discover Drenthe, Groningen, Friesland and Germany. For example, the beautiful forests of Emmen with their dolmens and the Bargerveen nature reserve are nearby but is also fortified town of Bourtange not far.

2 nights minimum stay. 7 nights in juli and augustus. The garden-house is located in the fairytale-like garden. It is a detached house of ca. 30 m2, has 1 large bedroom, a kitchenette with cooking plate, magnetron and airfryer, a private bathroom and small terras. Breakfast? For 15 Euro pp / day we will bring a basket with breakfast to your little house. Usually bread, butter, cheese, meat, vegetables, yoghurt, self-made fruit-salad and orange juice. Vegetarian or vegan is of course possible.

A nice living room, practical kitchen, fresh bathroom and 3 lovely bedrooms. Private parking at the bungalow. There is a private playground right in front of the bungalow for our tenants and a general playground in the park (1-minute walk). Also there is a pump track, tennis court, table tennis tables, volleyball, and a large air trampoline available.

Dartien is our sunny and detached recreational home that we enjoy very much. It is located in a wooded area in the holiday park "de Hunzebergen" and was thoroughly renovated in 2014. The spacious living room has plenty of daylight and French doors to the terrace. That terrace is facing south. The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small village on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe, there are forests, fields, heaths, country roads, fens, burial mounds and megalithic tombs. Many cycling and hiking routes run through Valthe that give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request, a crib/child's bed can be placed.
